Fluoride Treatments at Advanced Dental Partners

Fluoride treatments are integral to modern preventive dentistry, offering a proactive approach to strengthening teeth and preventing cavities. Fluoride, a natural mineral, helps remineralize tooth enamel and make it more resistant to acid attacks from plaque and bacteria. During a fluoride treatment, a concentrated fluoride solution is applied to the teeth for a brief period. This process can take various forms, such as a gel, foam, varnish, or rinse.

Fluoride treatments offer several advantages. They bolster enamel, repairing early signs of tooth decay and reversing the damage caused by acid erosion.   This was my 2nd visit post getting my new partials upper & lower for an adjustment.  My experience was amazing. The staff  from the front desk  to the dental assistant.warm and friendly. The dental assistant  was pleasant  and  assuring  me that he was confident  in being able  to make  the needed adjustments  and for me not to worry about my needing any adjustments. Dr. Sholberg reminded me that too tight  fitting dentures  is a good problem  to have. He also reminded me that he's  not upset  with flow upset for adjustment  but he would  be upset  if I would  not be able  to wear my dentures. 🙂
